A festive 4-hour course led by Chef Marcel Ravin and his team in the kitchen of Monte Carlo Bay's restaurant Las Brisas. Participants learn how to make Yule Logs (buches de Noel).

The class starts with a briefing, followed by the class, concluding around 18:00, when participants are presented with a basket of treats to share with family or friends.
