The 2nd International Jacques Rueff Conference is an academic event on the theme of small states in the 3rd millenium. There are three sessions:
- 9:45, session 1, Historical Reflections and Current Challenges
- 14:00, session 2, On the Benefits and Drawbacks for Small States (avantages et inconvenients pour les petits etats)
- 16:15, session 3, A Case for Small States in the 3rd Millenium (un cas pour les petits etats dans le III millenaire)
The Centre For Future Studies for Monaco (CEPROM) was established in 2005 with the aim of promoting the development of innovative activities in knowledge and intelligence.
