Welcome back! Hope you had a good summer. It's the official rentree on Monday, although kids at the International School (ISM) are already back at their desks.
Monaco FC returned to the pitch in August and has had a mixed start to the football season, with one match won, two drawn and two lost.
Port Hercule's summer activities have been cleared and preparation for the Yacht Show is sure to start soon. At the Grimaldi Forum Christian Louboutin has packed up his shoes and and departed, but there's still a week to catch the Prince and the Painter exhibition at Quai Antoine 1er. Morning tours of the Casino continue too, until 30 September.
Tomorrow Condamine Market is hosting a Mediterranean evening in conjunction with Monaco Mediterranee Salon in Fontvieille. From 20:00 you can taste traditional dishes from countries around the Med, with entertainment provided by a Lebanese dance troupe and a DJ.
And finally...
On Saturday it's the anniversary of the liberation of Monaco. There'll be a commemoration at the Cemetery at 16:30, wreath-laying on the tombs of the two resistance heroes, and a prayer for the dead.
