Monaco's Princess Caroline Library caters to young French readers, and now Princess Grace Irish Library has established a service for English speaking tots. Baby bookworms can start borrowing picture books from age 18 months and move on to reading matter from age 3 to 15. Kids are required to register as members for 8 euros, and can borrow up to 6 books for a period of one month. Check the PGIL website for more information.

Chef Paolo Sari of Monte Carlo Beach is organizing his organic festival this weekend. A bio-market is being installed on quai Antoine 1er, and there are two gala dinners, tomorrow and Saturday. The Bio Chef Global Spirit association is also taking the opportunity to launch its floating organic garden project. Check the Route du Gout website for more information.
