Schools break up tomorrow afternoon and reopen on Thursday 3 November. There are Halloween workshops at Princess Caroline Library to keep the little darlings occupied, and for the older ones the fun fair returns to Port Hercule.
Also this weekend, Condamine market celebrates Oktoberfest from 19:00 with traditional dishes and music provided by the Tyrolfest orchestra. On Saturday morning Monte Carlo Market is promoting artisanal cheese and wine.
For the more refined palate another 4-handed menu has been devised, this time at the Grill. On Friday and Saturday resident chef Dominique Lory and Davide Oldani, inventor of 'cucina pop', are preparing lunches from 12:00 and dinners from 19:30. Set menu 390 euros pp incl. drinks. If it's culture you seek, Theatre des Muses is presenting its coming season to the public over the next four days. Entry is free with a reservation, and of course it's all in French.
