Happy Saint Devote's Day! Hope you're enjoying your day off. Yesterday evening the boat was burnt, and this morning there's a mass in the Cathedral at 10:00, followed by a procession around the Rock.

As for events news, the Rose Ball, which was scheduled for 19 March, will now take place 8 July. Shoe designer Christian Louboutin is the artistic director, and the theme is the 1920s.

Fans of English photographer David Bailey should make a trip to Galerie G&M Design at 11 avenue Princesse Grace. The boutique is displaying a selection of his portraits until 19 March. Tue-Sat, afternoons only, phone +377 99 90 90 61.

The Historic and Classic Monte Carlo Rallies are about to start. Vehicles are expected to arrive in Monaco on Tuesday 1 February.

Work on the old music library is ahead of schedule. The new multi-generational social centre should be finished in the first quarter of 2023.

And finally...

If you're popping over the border to France, don't forget to take your health pass with you. You'll now need to show you've been vaccinated if you want to eat out. Enjoy!
