What's new

It's Easter this weekend, with egg hunts for the kids and a day off for the workers. If you're taking a break from the Principality, don't forget that there's a 2-day French strike starting on Tuesday 2 April, so travel will probably be disrupted.

Traditionally Easter is the time when local beach bars and restaurants open, and this year is no different. In Cap d'Ail, Eden Plage and Reserve de Mala are both opening on Sunday, a month behind Note Bleue in Monaco, which has been serving lunches since the beginning of March.

At time of writing, we're expecting warm sunshine on Sunday and Easter Monday, so get your swimming gear out and head down to the beach!

What's in the diary ....

Thursday: Vivanova seafood & wine.
Friday: Two musicians, one name.
Saturday: U-12s international rugby.
Sunday: Mozart's horn music.

Coming up next week, musical mystery tour, blue palace, and curry & gin.

For lots more suggestions, visit maBoum's 7 day listing and enjoy your weekend.
