Monte Carlo Comedy Film Festival closed last weekend with a gala dinner and awards ceremony. The jury chose Anacleto Agent Secreto from Spain as best movie, but the public prize went to a UK film. The Legend of Barney Thompson stars Robert Carlyle, and it's also his directorial debut.
On Sunday it's the Monaco Run, an annual event that includes a 10 km run within Monaco and a 23.8 km run that takes in three countries, Italy, France and Monaco. Here's hoping the weather remains fine.
Finally, the Brasserie de Monaco is looking to recruit experienced bar staff at the moment. Applications should be sent to jeremy[at]brasseriedemonaco.com.
