No change in Monaco, winners and losers in Alpes Maritimes

Michelin announced its starred restaurants this week, with no changes to the upmarket restaurant scene in the Principality:

Grill (Hotel de Paris)
There are two new stars in the Alpes Maritimes:

Seven restaurants have been demoted: the Chantecler (Nice's Negresco Hotel) is downgraded from two to one star, and Paloma (Mougins) and Les Bacchanales (Vence) lose their single star.
