New restaurants that have opened in the past 18 months or so recently received their classifications. The Principality uses a system of "losanges" (lozenges or diamonds), reflecting eating establishments' services, price and table settings. Recently classified restaurants are:

• Mystic Cafe - restaurant with terrace on pedestrian street
• I Briganti - Italian restaurant cafe with roadside terrace

• Explorers - gastro pub and piano bar with quayside terrace



5 diamonds
