What's new

The Club des Residents Etrangers de Monaco (CREM) has introduced new opening hours this week. Established in 2010, CREM organizes events and helps members settle into life in the Principality. Its clubhouse, on the ground floor of the Mirabeau building, has two rooms, one with a bar and television, the other with a piano and billiard table. From Tuesday the club has extended its hours into weekday mornings from 9:00 to 12:30, providing a quiet spot for to read the papers, have a coffee and escape the constant noise of drilling that echoes through Monaco's streets at the moment.

What's in the diary ....

Thursday: Comic art expo.
Friday: Discover Thomas Moore.
Saturday: Support Monaco Red Cross.
Sunday: Musical ecstasy.

Coming up next week, Une femme dans la tourmente, and happy hour serenades.

For lots more suggestions, visit maBoum's 7 day listing and enjoy your weekend.
(1) This week's quote is a line spoken by Lewis Carroll's Alice in her Adventures in Wonderland. The book was inspired by Alice Liddell, born this day 1852.
