Call for candidates
Virginie Lelarge, founder of the Institut Mediterraneen d'Etudes et du Developpement Durable (IMEDD), is calling for business women in Monaco to register for the Trophees des Femmes de l'Economie.
Launched in 2010 by Idecom, the Trophees recognize remarkable women in the world of business. In Monaco, IMEDD has been supporting entrepreneurship, new initiatives and diversity, as key components of economic success. Virginie Lelarge has taken on the role of Monaco representative on the jury that evaluates candidates for the Trophees des Femmes de l'Economie.
Now, IMEDD is actively encouraging the women of Monaco to become candidates to win one of several trophies, including:
- Femme Chef d'Entreprise - for female CEOs
- Femme Dirigeante - for female company managers, acting on boards of directors of private or public companies, non-majority shareholders
- Femme sur le Marche International - for women who lead enterprise international development teams
- L'Entreprise Responsable - for women who participate in the establishment of socially and environmentally responsible programs
- La Performance Commerciale - for females in sales and marketing roles
- L'Entreprise Prometteuse - for women entrepreneurs whose business is less than 3 years old
- Femme Communicante - for women leaders of communications
- Femme dans l'Industrie - for women leaders working in the industrial sector
If you'd like to take part, you should create a dossier in French, presenting your activities, taking into account growth and health of your enterprise, originality and development of projects, and your own career history.
