No change for Monaco restaurants

The Michelin Rouge 2016 was published last weekend, with no changes to the upmarket restaurant scene in the Principality:

• 3 stars Le Louis XV Alain Ducasse (Hotel de Paris)
• 2 stars Joel Robuchon Monte Carlo (Metropole Hotel)
• 1 star
  Vistamar Monte Carlo (Hermitage Hotel)
  Yoshi Monte Carlo (Metropole Hotel)
  Blue Bay (Monte Carlo Bay Hotel)
  Elsa (Monte Carlo Beach Hotel)

Further afield, five restaurants in the PACA region have been awarded their first star, two of them in the Alpes Maritimes:

• Restaurant Jan, 12 rue Lascaris, Nice, +33 4 97 19 32 23
• La Passagère (Hôtel Belles Rives), Juan les Pins, +33 4 93 61 02 79

In addition, the Restaurant Paloma in Mougins (+33 4 92 28 10 73) has added a second star.
