Ni Box to open juice bar.

Not so long ago we did a fun survey on our maBoum Facebook page asking you what sort of new restaurant you'd like to see in Monaco. One of our newsletter readers suggested that a juice bar would be a welcome addition, although when the final count was made, most voters wanted an upmarket Indian, closely followed by a decent Chinese.

Well it looks like someone else has had the idea too, with the recent announcement that Ni Box is to open a juice bar on its roof terrace. One of several new projects under review at the leisure centre, the bar is to offer 100% natural drinks such as smoothies and juice mixed to order, from midday to 20:00. We can't think of a better spot to sip a refreshing juice cocktail, with a panoramic view over the sea.
