On the 1st floor Star Deck, January's theme is L'Accueil En Principaute Des Communautes Internationales (a Principality welcome to international communities), with special guests Henri Fissore and Audrey Valle. Fissore's role is to facilitiate the establishment of new enterprises in Monaco, and Audrey is leading the organizing committee for the 2013 European Junior Chambers Conference which takes place in Monaco in June.
