Get to know the sharks

A 2 year exhibition starting 8th June, World Oceans Day, on the theme From Myth To Reality, Beyond Misunderstanding. Presenting the truth about sharks, a species older than dinosaurs, and their important role in the food chain. Exhibits include:

• shark touch tank (currently under construction)
• interactive, digital 20m fresco showing the different shark species
• giant screens
• Gallery of Smiles, with models of shark jaws and teeth
• world without sharks simulation
• entertainment for children
• guided visits

Two new sharks are expected to take up residence in the lagoon, a series of lectures is planned, and the publication of a book.
