Opening the 2013/14 classical season, a performance of Beethoven's Symphony no. 9 in D minor, op. 125, by Monte Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra and the choir of the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, conducted by Gianluigi Gelmetti, with soloists:

• Christian Elsner, tenor
• Shenyang, bass

At 17:00, before the concert, Andre Peyregne, Director of the Conservatoire a Rayonnement Regional de Nice introduces the work (free entry, French language).
