Taking place in the Fairmont Monte Carlo kitchens, the first of a series of simple, interactive and entertaining workshops focusing on superfoods. Organizers aim to teach you how to cook superfoods that contain maximum nutrients for health, choose and prepare healthy products, and to pass on culinary tips for daily use.
