In the Salle de la Mer, a 4-course black-tie dinner with international wines, fashion show and art exhibition.

• 150 per person
• 1450 per table of ten

Price includes wines, menu and water (see below). Guests make a red-carpet entrance with professional photocall, followed by dinner. During the evening there is a charity art auction in association with the Fondation Prince Albert II (FPA2), a contemporary art exhibition and a Legends Monaco fashion show. Special guests include Stephen Brady, Australia's Ambassador to France.

Menu

Created by chef Philippe Joannes, paired with five wines selected by chef sommelier Massimo Sacco:

• amuse bouche, with barrel fermented Chilean sauvignon blanc
• scallops, avocado, mango salsa and crispy almonds, with Australian chardonnay
• braised beef, spring vegetables and sweet potato puree, with New Zealand pinot noir
• chocolate, orange tart and crystallized fruits, with South African cabernet sauvignon
• coffee and petit fours, with Argentine malbec

In addition, a vegan menu is available in association with the Clever Kitchen.
