Pre-race whisky extravaganza

A 1-day whisky extravaganza celebrating the Celtic malts attended by whisky expert Charles MacLean.

Penderyn Whisky Tasting, 15:00

In Hotel Hermitage's Crystal Bar, a tutored master class by experts from Penderyn Distillery, tasting Penderyn's new Portwood Single Cask and the limited edition of their Rich Oak whisky.

Grand Prix Legends Whisky Tasting, 18:00

In Hotel de Paris's Garnier Suite, members of the Monte Carlo Whisky Society have the opportunity to taste and discuss the first-ever bottling by a leading collector, with food prepared by Alain Ducasse, a specially chosen cigar and Scottish bagpipe music.

Every evening after Grand Prix races, whisky lovers are invited to join the president of the Monte Carlo Whisky Society by appointment only at its new tasting room overlooking the Prince's Palace.

During the event, a limited Grand Prix edition of 50 signed and numbered crystal decanters of Monaco Blend Private Stock, and 1000 miniature crystal decanters are on sale, helping to raise funds for the Fondation Prince Albert II.
