In the Wine Palace bar cave, a tasting of Old and New World wines with comparison and tasting notes offered by Bradley Mitton. Includes examples of major red and white grape varieties from different climates and wine-growing regions. There is also an introduction to the fundamentals of wine production, reading a wine label and evaluating wine and winemaking practices.
