French food festival returns to Monaco
For the second consecutive year restaurants in Monaco are participating in the celebration of French gastronomy, Gout de France / Good France.
Participating restaurateurs have each designed a dinner menu promoting French style culinary excellence.
In Monaco 9 chefs are involved:

- Thierry Paludetto of Bouchon
- Jean-Claude Brugel of Cafe de Paris
- Jacky Oberti of l'Hirondelle
- Henri Geraci of Montgolfière
- Franck Cerutti of La Salle Empire
- Joel Garault of Vistamar
- Francis Poidevin of Quai des Artistes
- Philippe Joannès of Saphir24
The event was initiated after UNESCO listed the Gallic multi-course meal as a "world intangible heritage" and this year organizers have enlisted more than 1700 chefs from around the world.
