The 7th Arche du Coeur gala is a French family show presented by ventriloquist act Ciboulette & Oscar, featuring professional and amateur musicians, raising funds for the Arche de Jean Vanier in Grasse, and promoting better understanding of those who suffer from intellectual disability.
