Chasuble designs for the Cathedral Centenary

Competition designs for a chasuble originating from Panama, USA, Belgium, Italy, France, Belarus and Monaco. There are a total of 18 entries from specialist designers, associations and couturiers, including the official supplier of Pope Benedict XVI. A jury headed by Princess Caroline is to choose the most beautiful 3 chasubles and throughout May the public can vote for a favourite. The 4 winners are to be used during solemn occasions, and it's rumoured that one will be given to Pope Benedict XVI during his visit in 2012.
