20th edition of gala for Monaco's hospitality industry

Organized by the Association des Industries Hotellieres Monegasques to present awards to hospitality professionals including:

• Christophe Dupuy, Chef de Cuisine, Maya Bay Restaurant
• Robert Calcagno, Director, Oceanographic Museum
• Joel Robuchon, Chef de Cuisine, Joel Robuchon Monte Carlo

In addition to trophies awarded to professionals, there's a tombola to raise money for Monaco Disease Power, and 80s themed entertainment from Brown Sugar.
