Venue: Stade Nautique Rainier III

17th edition of annual Christmas 10km run

Organized by the Association Sportive de la Surete Publique, the Cursa de Natale start and finish lines are at the Stade Nautique in Port Hercule. There are shorter runs for children, and a 10km run for over 15s that takes in the Rocher, the port and Larvotto Beach. There are cups and trophies, and a tombola with prizes such as helicopter rides. Races start at:

• 9:00, 2000m for children born between 2000 and 2004
• 9:15, 2700m for children born between 1996 and 1999
• 10:30, 10km for 15 years old and over

You can enter in the following categories:

• Monegasque nationals
• athletics clubs, at least 8 runners
• Monegasque businesses, at least 3 runners
• PACA region businesses, at least 3 runners
• "uniforms" such as police and fire services, at least 3 runners

Registration by post before 2nd December, or online and at several sports shops in Nice and Monaco before 9th December (see application form). There's an early entry fee of 10 euros or late entry fee of 15 euros for the 10km race.
