Dinner followed by DJ until early hours

Start the evening with dinner, 70 euros menu excluding drinks (see below). Followed at 23:30 by DJ Saad mixing music until the early hours (open to the public).

• pan-fried foie gras with raspberry coulis
• langoustine risotto and wild sea bass tortello
• duck breast with vegetable brochette and veal grenadin with wild mushrooms
