What's new

It's a month since Cantinetta Antinori opened (see 7 Dec newsletter), and the Tuscan restaurant is hoping to attract new customers for aperos every evening. From 18:00 to 21:00 they're serving Antinori brand wines by the glass, Procacci mini sandwiches, and entertaining guests with live music.

Sensais has appointed a new chef (see 9 Nov newsletter) by promoting Dominique Nouvian, who has been part of the team since the restaurant opened. Nouvian has been working in the Cote d'Azur region for many years, and in Monaco his skills have been put to use in the kitchens of Chaumiere, Virage, Rascasse, and the Yacht Club. Seasonal produce will continue to feature in the chef's new dishes, which include truffle pizza, Monegasque stockfish, and knuckle of lamb.
