Monte Carlo Piano Masters 2012: quarter finals

Quarter finals stage of the Monte Carlo Piano Masters. Four candidates go through to the semi finals on 13th June.

Competitors play for no longer than an hour and must interpret:

• a Beethoven sonata
• a Rachmaninoff etude-tableau
• work by a 20th century composer of the candidate's homeland
• a virtuoso work by Liszt or a composer of the candidate's choice
