What's new

It's time to dig out your Lederhosen and Dirndl because this weekend Condamine Market is celebrating Oktoberfest. Until Saturday the Tyrolfest Orchestra is providing oompah music and stall holders are serving sauerkraut and sausages. (More info: Monaco Mairie)

Gerhard over in Fontvieille is also putting on a mini-beer festival this weekend. Hit die Musi has come all the way from Austria to entertain us on Friday and Saturday from 19:00 and on Sunday lunchtime. Reservations are recommended. (More info: Gerhard's on facebook)

If you aren't around this weekend there's always the Cafe de Paris's beer tent, which opens 18-27 October, every evening from 20:00. Prince Albert will be raising a glass or two of beer at the opening night, and you can join him for 130 euros per person. On other evenings prices are a la carte. (More info: Monte Carlo SBM)

And finally, for those who prefer to feed the mind, Villa Paloma and Villa Sauber are opening their doors fee of charge until the end of their current exhibitions. Step by Step closes 27 October, and Ettore Spalletti on 3 November. Enjoy!
