The top chef and his team are inviting guests into the kitchen of Blue Bay restaurant to watch the preparation of a meal before it's served up. For 520 euros, two people can share the culinary show, food, an aperitif, wine chosen by the sommelier, and a digestif of aged rum from Martinique. Phone +377 98 06 03 60 to make a reservation.

You may not be familiar with the name John Minihan, but you'll certainly recognize his most iconic photo of Prince Charles's new love interest in 1980, Lady Diana Spencer. Princess Grace Irish Library has just installed a permanent exhibition of the photographer's work, entitled Literary Portraits 1971-2005. Minihan is best known for his images of Samuel Becket, who features among other Irish writers in the work on show in Monaco.
